Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact our support team before placing the order.

·         Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days

·         Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
